In an effort to make your visit a pleasant and easy one, Central Square Shopping Centre provides a wide range of customer services to assist you in every way.

Our centre management office is located on the 2nd floor, adjacent to the Telstra Country Wide office, where you will find our attentive and friendly staff. Our centre management staff are also available via phone on (03) 5333 4330.

ATM’s
Three ATM’s are located within and around the centre. One on the ground floor by the travelators, and two under the verandah along the Armstrong street side of the centre.

Lost and Found Service
If you need to locate or have found a lost item, kindly contact our centre management staff on (03) 5333 4330 or visit the centre management office on level 2 during office hours.

Parents Room
For parents or guardians shopping with children, our parent’s room provides a clean and private area where the whole family is welcome. They are located in the food court in the passage behind Café Oasis, and also on the 2nd floor in Myer.

Store Information
If you need to find your way around the centre, our courteous security and cleaning staff will be happy to assist you with directions. Centre Directories are also located close to all main entrances of the centre.

Telephones
Two public telephones are located in the ground floor lift lobby between Valpied Shoes and Muffin Break.

Toilets
Male and female public toilets are located in the food court via the passage next to Flight Centre, behind the newsagency.

Wheelchair
Complimentary use of our centre wheelchair is available through the centre management office located on level 2. Bookings of up to one week in advance are preferable, and can be made via phone on (03) 5333 4330. Please note: proof of ID is required when collecting the wheelchair.
